Prospective Staff
The Northville Swim Club accepts applications for the Summer Swim Season January 15 - March 1.
Some of the positions Northville Swim Club hires for each year may include:
• Assistant Manager
• Lifeguard
• Head Guard
• Swim Lesson Instructor
• Assistant Swim Coach
We require that all staff members have their lifeguard certification as well as CPR/First Aid Training. In addition, staff members with their American Red Cross WSI (Water Safety Instruction) are desirable and receive additional compensation for teaching lessons (we offer American Red Cross swim lessons each summer).
